Commercial Construction Projects

We have recently completed the hub to the Retirement Centre. The Village Centre is complete with cafe, bar, beauty salon, commercial kitchen, gym and many other facilities.

We have completed the construction of Summerset Stage 4 which consists of sixteen 2 and 2.5 bedroom Villas and 10 Townhouses.

Stage 3 is now complete on the Summerset Retirement Village in Hastings.  Stage 3 includes 8 two-storeyed townhouses, 4 two-bed townhouses, 5 one-bed townhouses and 8 villa's.

Stage 2 of the Summerset Retirement Village development provides for the construction of 29 villas and townhouses including roading and siteworks. 

The first stage of this retirement village for Summerset in Hastings. Covering 6.2 hectares, construction included everything from the villas and townhouses to the roading and siteworks. 

This project involved firstly the relocation of 2 buildings; the first move being a 2-storey residential property to allow for Cape Physio to be in its place. Where Cape Phsyio was a newly built car showroom was erected and completed in October of this year.

A new construction build in Taupo of rest home apartments, including 31 units and communal areas including link into existing complex.

Construction of a shelter in the Boundary Stream forest location in the Tutira region for the Department Of Conservation.

Complete new build of a 2 storey office block, including a pre-cast wall and structural steel frame with a clear span of 30m.

Construction of a new car showroom for Kia Cars, including the yard, designed by ADA Designers.

From design a new car showroom and yard construction for Mazda in Napier.

Complete rebuild of BP service station in Flaxmere, including new shop, office and canopy.

Three blocks of 2 storey new buildings with multiple self-contained tenancies.

The Wairoa Club courtyard upgrade makeover is a  welcomed solution to comfortably enjoy a beverage outside in any season.

Refurbishment with new shop frontage to Austin Street, Onekawa.

Extension new build of back of this multiple tenancy building.
